Can you be King?

Malka had come back from the top of Pride Rock with Scar, who has been looking for a cub whom could succeed his throne, when Sarabi pulled him aside. "How did it go today?" she asked nephew, hoping he wouldn't fall for Scar's mind tricks.
"He wants me to be King. I said no, I don't think he's too happy about it though. Maybe because he doesn't have a son of his own?" Malka said grimly.
Sarabi nodded, "Can you be King, Malka? With out Simba and Scar not having a rightful heir, you can take back the Pridelands. Once your older you can bring peace." Sarabi finally had some shred of hope in her voice.
"Simba should be the King, not Scar, not me. But if I have to... I will."


I was bored and just thinking, this is the result Malka, malka, malka. Jeesh he's all I draw!

My theory on Malka:
I believe Malka and Simba are first cousins because he is the son of Sarabi's sister. Which is why he resembles her in some way. Thats why he and Simba have ear rims but he is still darker than he is.
To me Malka is kind of arrogant and a bit jealous of Simba and acts like: "Oh Simba may be King but I'm still better at *insert blah blah here*
